Jatropha

Jatropha 🥀

The Jatropha is a small shrub with little coral-pink flowers and broad, pointy leaves. If you live in Florida like me, you'll probably see these around a lot. This shrub is commonly used by butterflies, like zebra longwings. They may seem small at first, but when full-grown they could be up to 15 feet! The flowers are a bit less than an inch across. Even though this plant is gorgeous, every part of it is toxic. If you plant these, be careful when pruning them. Anybody with sensitive skin could have reactions to the milky sap.
